 Members Forum

 Doors open at 7.00pm for prompt 7.30pm start.
 The format will be as last year, following that which is similar to the
 "any other business" section at the end of the AGM. We encourage
 all members who would like to come along to the evening, to join in
 the discussion and debate the matters important to you. We will
 also use the evening to inform you of any up to date information
 about our winter and summer events.

 We are once more at the Ukranian Centre, Weston on Trent.

 Ghoulies, ghosties and long leggity beasties abound onsite and
 then you may also find many of our members who dress up to
 look like all of the strange and scary creatures around them.
 
 CCY area this weekend

 Kids can do their trick or treating with safety on the site so bring
 your goody bag. Music and Games on Friday,  Grand
 Halloween Social on the Saturday with a winter stew and raffle.
 Games and colouring for the children during the daytime Saturday

 Bonfire Meet

 
 Site opens at 12.00 noon Friday. Bonfire on the Saturday with
 prizes for your Guy Fawkes, Food will be available shortly after
 5.00pm and there will be prizes and competitions for all age groups.
 The bonfire will be lit at approximately 6.30pm with the fireworks
 display starting at 7.00pm.
 PLEASE DO NOT BRING FIREWORKS.
 The cost of the fireworks is included within the site fee.

 Wanted, for the Guy Fawkes Competition
 Old clothing like Shirts, Jumpers, Trousers, Shoes
and newspapers for stuffing. Please pass on to the Stewards:

 Santa is coming at around 4.00pm and he might even have a

 Sue Beck so that Santa knows they're coming.
