All participants must register, if you are a couple attending, sharing one screen at the meeting, both of you must register for the AGM using the registration form.
There will be an open forum that you will be invited to, taking place on Saturday 6th March.
This will be a chance for first time Zoom users to check they are able to access the platform correctly ready for the AGM and we can also discuss any concerns you may have prior to the meeting.
You will receive an email link for the Open forum on the day of the event and the same applies to the AGM.
A copy of our Agenda and accounts will be sent out alonside the AGM link.
Anyone wishing to receive a copy of the minutes after the AGM has taken place may do so. Details of this will be given after the AGM.
All questions must be submitted before each meeting so we can address them as all participants will be muted upon entry to the zoom meeting.
In the event we have too many members wishing to access the meeting, access will be given on a first come basis. Pleae note that we have the capacity for 100 members to attend and we do not anticipate we will reach the maximum number of participants.
We have 6 positions to fill. If anyone is interested in joining the committee please email our Secretary Alan Bryan at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proposer and seconder by the 26th February 2021. If you need help doing this please contact a member of the committee who will help and advise you on how to do this.
We are particularly looking for:
(to organise entertainment at meets)
(this post will initially be to work alongside the current Sites Secretary to find and secure sites for the future)
(to take minutes and administer the paperwork for the DA)
