Wells THS Update

After full consideration for 2025, Wells 1, 24th May - 01st June , and Wells 2, 28th July to 25th August, will be an unbooked meet.

Wells 1, 24th May - 01st June Stewards : Patrick and Julie Jackson. ( We are looking for a second set of Stewards)

WELLS 2- 28th July to 25th August - Stewards:

Trevor and Marion Melton, Sue and Alan Beck, and Roy and Lynn Tomlinson.

Like any other meet and many THS's you should call the steward prior to setting off. These contact numbers will be published in the near future, along with the site opening times.

Carnival week is very busy, however even in 2024 having a booked meet, there were pitches available.

Wells was successfully ran as an unbooked meet for many years.

Like attending any DA or commercial site, please consider the local community, do not block roads or drives, and arrive later throughout the day to avoid congestion and queuing. Follow the instructions of the Stewards and have your membership cards ready on arrival.

Throughout the meet the Stewards will keep our Facebook page updated and advise if the site is at full capacity at any time during the THS.

During Wells 2 we ask pitches are vacated by 11am ready for new arrivals after 12pm.

Please remember positions on the DA, including our valued Stewards, are voluntary roles. Without these volunteers our meets would not go ahead therefore, please remain respectful to our volunteers who will be working hard during busy periods of arrivals.

We politely ask, you refrain from contacting the Stewards regarding any concerns you may have regarding these changes, as these should be brought to the Committees attention via. our Secretary or the enquiry email.
