By submitting this booking you accept & agree to the following terms & conditions

This is a single unit booking form only / No block bookings accepted.

This booking cannot be transferred to any other C&CC members or Notts DA meet under any circumstances.

This is a single booking for 1 unit only & will consist of up to 2 adults only & children under 18 years old unless extra adults apply and paid for in advance.

Any extra adults attending must be either FULL or ASSOCIATE members of The Camping & Caravanning Club.

This is a members only meet/event, membership numbers must be given for ALL adults attending.

All pitches are allocated on arrival.

All booked meets must be paid in full on arrival to the stewards.
